As part of the Global Transactions Banking Operations team, you'll contribute to the success of Trade Finance Operations in Canada. This role emphasizes customer relationship management, problem resolution, and compliance with internal policies and regulations. Key Responsibilities:
• Champion customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships
• Ensure compliance of client documentation and trade needs
• Resolve escalated client issues alongside TFO Analyst
• Negotiate trade terms and recommend solutions
• Provide support in client meetings for service agreements
Requirements:
• 5 to 10 years of Trade Finance experience
• Excellent customer relationship and problem resolution skills
