Job Location: Penygraig, Tonypandy, CF40 1HL

Essentials: The ability to drive is not essential but preferred for this post.

Qualifications: QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care and experience in leading a team (or level 3 or 4 and working towards Level 5 with good previous management experience). You will work closely with Manager and play a key role in staff development, service delivery, and maintaining care standards.
