Key Responsibilities:
Oversee O&M of utilities: Boiler, Refrigeration, Compressed Air, WTP, ETP & CO Recovery Plant
Ensure 24x7 utility uptime and uninterrupted plant operations
Own and drive utility KPIs related to safety, quality, cost, energy & efficiency
Lead, train, and monitor utility operators across all areas
Ensure statutory compliance, safety standards, and audit readiness
Drive continuous improvement, energy optimization, and reliability initiatives
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelorʼs degree or higher.
