Assistant Manager, Student Engagement and Development (Undergraduate Programmes)

The Assistant Manager (Student Engagement and Development) will support NTUpreneur by enhancing the undergraduate experience, promoting the Second Major in Entrepreneurship (SMiE) and Minor in Entrepreneurship (MiE) programmes, strengthening student engagement, and building a vibrant NTUpreneur community.

• Plan, develop and organise programme marketing and outreach
• Develop and implement marketing strategies for SMiE and MiE
• Oversee production of marketing materials (brochures, posters, social media)
• Manage social media channels and create engaging campaigns
• Collaborate with NTU schools for cross‑departmental promotions
• Plan, develop and organise outreach events and activities
• Plan and execute roadshows, open house, info sessions, etc.
• Coordinate and support NTUpreneur’s participation in NTU/external events
