• Incoming inspection and OK/Not OK disposition• Daily rejection clearance• Weekly SQA MIS reporting• Supplier and JPTR audits• SCAP tracking• NFF adherence• ICA/PCA execution• Issue analysis using QC tools• Core tools usage (MSA, SPC, PPAP, FMEA, APQP)Experience

Automotive OEMs / Tier‑1 suppliersQualifications
B.E./B.Tech – ElectronicsGeneral Requirements Core competency on problem solving for electronics parts.
Knowledge on electronic product manufacturing processes & testing, SMT, PCBA, ICT, FCT & ATE.
Basic understanding on E&E parts application & circuit level knowledge.
Supplier audits, IATF , QC tools, problem solving, MIS reporting
