Assistant Manager

The
Assistant Manager maintains operational excellence of the restaurant in the
absence of the manager. Supervises staff to ensure food safety, product
preparation and cleanliness standards are maintained. Maintains standards of
restaurant safety and security. Upholds inventory and money control systems.
Supportive of maintaining business records. Exceptional guest service is a
major component of this position.

 Responsibilities

shifts on the posted work schedule to control labor costs.
