Job Description
Responsible for Process Stability, costing, capex, and capacity of the plant. Setting annual goals/objectives & annual budget. Optimize manufacturing processes to improve Safety, Quality, Productivity & Cost metrics. Troubleshooting production problems and corrective action deployment. Collaborate with Maintenace , Production , Quality & Engineering in problem analysis and its solution. Periodic FMEA reviews and Manufactuing risk assessmet. Tooling management – Life monitoring, Repairs, Maintenance & Replenishment. Support internal and external audits related to process engineering and launch management. Drive /support - Continuous improvement activities & simplication of vaue stream. Responsible for process design / development & flawless launches in the plant.
