Assistant Manager - Process

+ You will develop and release new sizes (Sidewall, Apex, Tread) in line with Goodyear global and regional guidelines.
+ You will conduct trials for new extrudates including Sidewall, Tread, and Apex components.
+ You will monitor extrudate performance as per GICL specifications to ensure quality standards are consistently met.
+ You will analyze rejection data at both the extruder and user areas, and implement effective action plans to minimize defects.
+ You will maintain and ensure adherence to product and process guideline specifications.
+ You will manage day-to-day operations while ensuring alignment with environmental standards and assessing environmental impact.
+ You will take ownership of extruder quality, including building strong knowledge of equipment and associated delivery systems.
