About the Role
The role involves assisting in the proposal and implementation of various tax strategies and planning to ensure optimal tax savings.
Key Responsibilities
Assist to propose and implement various tax strategies and planning to ensure optimal tax savings, through identifying tax inefficiency/opportunity, performing tax analysis and providing recommendations.
Assist to provide tax advisory services and support to Business Unit on tax related matters such as corporate tax, sales and services tax, transfer pricing etc.
Provide tax compliance services for Sunway Group of companies – including preparation/review/submission of tax returns and tax estimates.
Oversee and expedite tax credit set off and tax refunds from IRB, where necessary.
Keep abreast with the latest tax development and identify potential tax implications to the Group.
