About the Job: Assistant Manager (Outram)
Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a Bachelors degree to provide administrative and operational support. The ideal candidate is highly accountable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines.
Responsibilities- Support medical school projects, including stakeholder enquiries and clinical training schedules.
- Assist in faculty development initiatives and verify Faculty Development (FD) claims, maintaining records and responding to queries.
- Plan and execute meetings and events: prepare agendas, coordinate materials, and take/distribute minutes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelors degree in any discipline.
- Strong proactiveness, accountability, and ability to deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
