Assistant Manager - Operations / Team Lead (Healthcare Account)

Job Summary:

The Asst. Manager/Team Leaders is responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving team performance, and ensuring service excellence within the healthcare program.

Key Responsibilities:

• People management - supervise and guide a team of agents to achieve daily, weekly and monthly KPIs.
• Handles escalations and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports.
• Coordinate with support teams (QA, Training, Workforce)
• Drive employee development and team engagement.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, client requirements, and company policies.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year BPO team lead experience.
• Preferably with at least 6 months BPO healthcare experience.
• Knowledge of healthcare processes, compliance requirements, and customer service standards.
