We’re recruiting an Assistant Manager for a well‑established retail business in Southampton. This is a permanent position.

• Monday to Friday with just 1 weekend in 3

• Previous supervisory or assistant management experience (retail or customer-facing)
• Confident with numbers, admin and compliance
• Strong communicator – written and verbal
• Someone who takes ownership and gets things done
