Assistant Manager-Nri Operations

Role Purpose

Support end-to-end NRI account opening and modification by ensuring accurate KYC/KRA compliance, timely verification, and smooth coordination with clients, RMs, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end NRI account opening and modification cases, including document scrutiny, verification, and follow-ups.
• Well-versed with KRA/KYC requirements for NRI clients, including NRE/NRO, FATCA, CRS, and overseas attestation norms.
• Perform hands-on verification of documents and ensure compliance as per regulatory and internal guidelines.
• Coordinate closely with clients, Relationship Managers, branches, and central teams to resolve NRI account opening queries.
• Maintain and update MIS on a regular basis, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
• Track pending cases, highlight bottlenecks, and drive closures within defined TATs.
