Assistant Manager – Full Time

We are looking to recruit a new Assistant Manager for our shop in Sweet Briar Retail Park, Norwich. This permanent full‑time position requires flexibility across the week, typically holding at least one weekend shift.

Schedule & Pay

• Hours: 43 hours across 5 days per week
• Pay: £31,449 – £32,648 per annum on a 43 hour contract

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the shop manager to run an efficient shop and provide excellent customer service.
• Develop the team of retail assistants through coaching, mentoring, and feedback.
• Act as shop manager in absence, ensuring customers, deliveries, and routines are handled safely and efficiently.
