Role Purpose
To spearhead the EHS function for the construction chemicals manufacturing facility at Kathua, ensuring absolute regulatory compliance, fostering a proactive safety culture, and driving continuous improvement in chemical process safety, environmental performance, and employee well-being.

Key Responsibilitie
s1. Regulatory & Compliance Managemen
tEnsure strict adherence to the Factories Act, OSHA, and ISO 14001 & 45001 standards across all plant operations
.Stay abreast of evolving local and international EHS regulations to ensure proactive compliance
.Serve as the primary liaison with government regulatory bodies for all audits, inspections, and statutory filings
.2. Operational Safety & Risk Mitigatio
nLead comprehensive risk assessments, hazard identification studies, and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) for all plant activities
.Implement and monitor a robust Permit-to-Work (PTW) system for all high-risk and non-routine tasks
