Assistant Manager, M&E

Job Description

• Lead and manage the M&E team to ensure delivery of all M&E systems
• Coordinate with other departments (C&S, Architectural) to integrate M&E systems into the overall building design and construction
• Ensure that all M&E installation adhere to safety standards, building codes, and client specifications
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control on site, ensuring that installations and systems comply with approved designs.
• Ensure all M&E-related documentation, such as test reports, method statements, and compliance certificates, are accurate and up to date
• Act as the primary contact for M&E-related queries from clients, consultants, contractors and project team
• Provide regular updates on M&E project progress, issues, and resolutions to senior management and clients
• Attend project meetings and ensure that M&E progress is accurately communicated to all stakeholders
