Assistant Manager, Marketing (Event Management & Growth Marketing)

• Participate in the development and execution of marketing programs, result-driven events and acquisition campaigns to achieve business targets
• Collaborate closely with partners and merchants for premium sourcing, offer liaison and for launch of the various acquisition & spending campaigns
• Liaise with the internal marketing team for promotional materials, invitations, and post-event communications
• Assist in monitoring budget & expenses, production, logistics, operations and manpower support, etc.
• Be present in different events to oversee event operations and assist the team whenever required
• Ensure acquisitions procedures and branding message are properly followed
• Handle all customer enquiries and complaints when needed
• Conduct briefing session and act as Key Contact Person in case of emergency
• Propose recommendations to streamline and enhance operational process
