Assistant Manager, Maintenance

The Assistant Manager, Maintenance role is responsible for overseeing the Maintenance Department and Engineering Store within a continuous-operation oleochemical manufacturing plant. The primary goal is to maximize plant uptime, ensure equipment reliability, and maintain strict safety and regulatory compliance.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Planning and coordinating maintenance and upkeep activities especially in continuous plant operations. Develop and execute a maintenance schedule that cover an organization machinery, mechanical systems, building or other structure intending to maximize plant uptime and equipment reliability.
• Plan, schedule and oversee daily, shutdown and turnaround maintenance activities.
• To take full charge of Maintenance Department and Engineering Store.
• Prepare and manage maintenance budget and expenses inclusive maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and costs.
