The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager with all tasks related to a site’s operation.
Responsibilities and Duties
Perform select duties and responsibilities of the Store Manager in their absence, for example, submitting daily paperwork, submitting approved orders, creating maintenance tickets, addressing scheduling issues, processing approved price changes, handling customer concerns or complaintsDemonstrate competent knowledge of Point of Sale and back office systemsResolve customer issues in a friendly and professional mannerAssign and inspect shift duties and responsibilities Understand and apply federal, state, and local labor laws as they apply to retail operationsAssist with promoting a strong safety culture by helping to ensure safety rules and regulations are being followedDemonstrate strong ability to manage multiple tasks at one timeInteract professiona...
