+ Maintain food inventories and keep inventory records.
+ Manage staff, prepare work schedules/determine staff requirements and assign duties. Coordinate assignments of cooking personnel to ensure economical use of food and timely preparation.
+ Complete required university/departmental/franchise training.
+ Thorough knowledge of food safety preparation including temperatures, hold times, cross-contamination, etc.
