You will assist the Site Manager with overall site operation with emphasis on customer service, staffing, equipment, and site maintenance, sale,s and wash volume, quality, and performance.

Job Duties:

• Fulfill and promote the company’s mission and values (represented by the WASH acronym).

• Assist the Site Manager with overall site operation.

• Strive to surpass customer expectations.

• Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and damage claims.

• Maintain incident reports for all accidents reported at the store while the manager is off-duty.

• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and termination processes of team members.
