Assistant Manager Logistics

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**

+ Support the strategic planning of the organization by developing plans and work processes for the department.
+ Drive initiatives to bring continuous improvement in the outbound logistics.
+ Provide training, coaching, and develop the logistics. Supervise the development of employees in the department.
+ Responsible to plan and achieve committed turnaround time for all shipments.
+ Ensure compliance to follow documentation and packing guidelines.
+ Coordinate with Service provider for Logistics Service & Rate Contract.
+ Timely dispatch shipments to meet POR’s of various BU’s.
+ Direct involvement in drop shipments ensure our shipments packing and dispatches are on time as per our commitment.
+ Analyze outbound logistics bottlenecks/problems and implement counteractive measures. Resolve any arising problems or complaints.
