About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on legal professional to join our in-house team and support the business during US hours. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced environments, owns contracts end-to-end, and thinks commercially while managing legal risk.

What You’ll Do
- Draft, review, and negotiate global commercial agreements (MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, vendor, SaaS, licensing, and partnership contracts).
- Support sales, procurement, and business teams with practical legal advice and quick turnarounds.
- Drive contract negotiations with US and global stakeholders.
- Identify legal and commercial risks and suggest business-friendly solutions.
