Assistant Manager/ Lead Assistant Manager - Strategic Sourcing

Manage end-to-end sourcing for assigned categories — from understanding the requirement to closing the contract. Work closely with business teams to understand their needs and help shape the right sourcing approach. Run RFI/RFP/RFQ processes, evaluate suppliers, and support decision-making with relevant comparisons. Negotiate with suppliers on pricing, commercials, and key terms to get the best possible outcome. Do basic market research to identify suppliers and understand pricing benchmarks. Coordinate with Legal, Risk, InfoSec, and other teams to ensure all required checks are completed Build and manage relationships with suppliers for ongoing engagements.
