. This role is ideal for confident communicators who can handle calls, qualify real estate leads, and convert prospects into bookings through structured follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound & outbound sales calls
• Qualify leads based on budget and buying intent
• Provide accurate project, pricing & booking information
• Conduct follow-ups via calls & WhatsApp
• Update CRM with call outcomes and lead status
• Achieve daily call and monthly conversion targets
• Coordinate with senior sales team for closures/site visits
