Assistant Manager – KYC & CDD

Job Summary

Keenu is looking for an Assistant Manager - KYC & CDD to oversee the end-to-end KYC and CDD lifecycle, ensuring that the organization remains compliant with Electronic Money Institutions(EMIs), Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) regulations. This role involves supervising a team of analysts, managing complex escalations, and streamlining the onboarding and periodic review processes of both Merchant and Consumer Wallet.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform high-level quality assurance (QA) on KYC attended by analysts for both Consumer and Merchant Wallet.
• Conduct Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) for Low, Medium & high-risk Wallets, including Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs) and those from high-risk jurisdictions.
• Evaluate the City and email address to ensure they align with the Consumer and Merchant profile.
