What you'll be doing

• Assisting the Branch Manager in overseeing daily branch Operations
• Ensuring high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction are consistently maintained
• Monitoring staff performance and providing coaching and mentorship to develop the team
• Implementing and enforcing company policies, procedures, and safety protocols
• Assisting with budgeting, financial reporting, and inventory management
• Identifying areas for improvement and proposing innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency
