To spearhead the EHS function for the construction chemicals manufacturing facility at Kathua, ensuring absolute regulatory compliance, fostering a proactive safety culture, and driving continuous improvement in chemical process safety, environmental performance, and employee well-being.

s1. Regulatory & Compliance Managemen

• tEnsure strict adherence to the Factories Act, OSHA, and ISO 14001 & 45001 standards across all plant operations
• .Stay abreast of evolving local and international EHS regulations to ensure proactive compliance
• .Serve as the primary liaison with government regulatory bodies for all audits, inspections, and statutory filings
