Assistant Manager - IT Enterprise Data Network

Job Purpose

This role would be responsible for Operations and Planning of enterprise data network (EDN), WAFs to support organization Business.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and operate the Enterprise Data Network for core platforms and internet/cloud connectivity.
• Ensure network security, segmentation and connectivity reliability using firewalls, WAFs, load balancers and SDN where applicable.
• Operate and monitor VPN services (remote access and site-to-site), MFA and privileged-access monitoring for internal and third-party users.
• Perform regular health checks, patching and performance optimization of network and security devices, and support security access reviews with IS.
• Manage network-related incidents, vendor SLAs and support expansion projects (e.g. new offices, franchises, links).
