Overview

As an Assistant Manager in the CONFIRMED APP operations team, you will provide key support to the adidas eCommerce business, ensuring a stable platform and an excellent consumer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the expected consumer experience for CONFIRMED APP articles in NAM and LAM.
• Oversee all online drops that come through CONFIRMED APP in US, CA, MX and BR, coordinating eight integrated systems required for product launch.
• Bridge operational management with overall online product availability.
• Ensure data flow runs flawlessly between eCommerce and inventory systems so business KPI’s and SLAs are met.
• Support local operations in defining global best practices through data analysis and experience sharing.
• Support new roll‑outs, ensuring business value while minimizing negative consumer impact.
• Execute day‑to‑day operations of the online store focusing on consumer experience.
