Manage all HR activities such as recruitment/selection, compensation/benefits and maintain confidential employee records Conduct TNA’s and plan internal/external training programs Development of KPI’s and implementation of performance management system Suggest and arrange employee engagement activities Assist management in development of employee succession plans Effective management of HR Operations Assist in development of OD structure for the newly established Organization Qualification Bachelors/Masters in HRM or Relevant Required Skills In-dept knowledge of performance management system and talent management cycle Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills Knowledge of labor laws and legislation Strong analytical skills Good command over microsoft office tools Sound knowledge about HRMS/ERP Experience Minimum 5-7 years’ of relevant work experience
