Assistant Manager - HSE - Gujarat / Rajasthan will be responsible for driving the implementation of ENGIE's Health & Safety standards at O&M/construction sites, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering a proactive safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation of ENGIE's Health & Safety standards at O&M/construction site/s.
• Define and lead the H&S plans & protocols for O&M/construction sites, aligned with ENGIE’s objectives, group rules & standards.
• Ensure the implementation of H&S policies across site/s, assets, and operations.
• Ensure compliance with local and international H&S regulations, as well as internal standards.
• Foster a strong and proactive H&S culture across the sites and with contractors/partners.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate H&S risks related to the site activities.
