Job Overview

As Assistant Manager at Miller & Carter – Horsforth, you will support the General Manager in the day‑to‑day running of the business, be the Duty Manager when the General Manager is not present, train and inspire your team to deliver high‑quality food, drink, and service, and lead the team to create memorable moments for guests.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in the day‑to‑day running of the business, being the Duty Manager when they are not around.
• Use your communication skills to train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service to be proud of.
• Act as a role model and guide development within your team.
• Lead the team to deliver moments that WOW guests, keeping them coming back.
