Job Description
- Lead and oversee the end‑to‑end Halal Assurance Management System (HAS) across all F&B operations and supply chain processes.
- Act as the Halal Compliance Champion, advising senior management on regulatory updates, risks, and strategic improvements.
- Chair and lead the Internal Halal Committee (JKHD), ensuring effective governance, accountability, and decision‑making.
- Develop and implement long‑term Halal compliance strategies aligned with business objectives and brand positioning.
- Ensure full compliance with Malaysia Halal Management System (MHMS) and Manual Prosedur Pensijilan Halal Malaysia (MPPHM) 2020.
- Oversee all Halal certification applications, renewals, and amendments via the MYeHaIaI system.
- Serve as the primary liaison with JAKIM / JAIS, managing audits, inspections and official communications.
- Lead preparation and execution of external audits, ensuring successful outcomes and zero major NCRs.
