Assistant Manager, Group HR
supports HR operations, reporting, and projects across these entities, with a focus on Taiwan HR, Group-wide initiatives, and operational continuity for our Singapore-based entities. Job Scope Manage day-to-day HR operations including employee confirmations, claims processing, leave management, work passes, employee records, HR letters, and offboarding for the Singapore & Taiwan offices.
Conduct new hire orientations and assist the Manager, Group HR in handling employee grievances.
Collate HR reports for the entire group to support management decision-making and headcount tracking across all entities and factory locations.
