Job Description

Key Accountabilities 
Suppliers
• Contacts the supplier for shipping activities for the respective CSSV
• Implement new customer’s operations activities per SOP
• Ensure timely payment from supplier per work scope
• Liaise with suppliers/CSSV on all export/import shipping matters and documentation

Carriers/Booking & CFS agent
• Record the Booking & CFS agents’ performance per VMP requirement.
Liaise/coordinate with carriers/Booking & CFS agents to ensure accurate and timely despatch of rail shipments to destinations/Cnee

GTW Team Leader 
• Assist supervisor in handling export operations through completing all assigned duties and tasks
• Update supervisor on operational issues

Documentation Clerk
• Liaise with Documentation Clerk to prepare all shipping documents & system entry.
