Assistant Manager, FP&A

• Prepare monthly P&L performance reviews by brand and store, analyze P&L variances against Budget and Forecast, and provide clear explanations on key drivers including traffic, average check, menu mix, cost efficiency, wastage, and promotional activities

• Track product sales mix, promotional impact, cannibalization, and contribution margins

• Partner closely with Brand Managers and Operations Leaders to strengthen financial accountability and support data-driven decision-making at store level

• Serve as a strategic finance business partner to key stakeholders, driving business performance, margin improvement, and process efficiency

• Support projects assigned by management and collaborate across different functional teams, including IT, HR, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, and external business partners
