Assistant Manager, Finance

Supporting Keppel Infrastructure Fund Management (KIFM) Finance team, we are looking for a dynamic individual to:

• Assist in preparing / reviewing the monthly consolidation of the Group
• Prepare quarterly and half-yearly SGX financial results
• Review the monthly results submission from the subsidiaries/Joint ventures
• Review the monthly Trust management accounts
• Review the Trust annual budget
• Prepare quarterly and half-yearly SGX financial results
• Assist in yearly external audit and internal audit in relation to audit requirements and deliverables, including preparation of the Group annual financial statements
• Assist in developing the Group finance policies and procedures
• Assist in preparing ARC / board papers
• Prepare accounting paper/memo for new acquisitions / divestments
