Responsibilities

• Perform monthly closing activities independently and on time
• Prepare and update monthly financial statements using provided formats
• Maintain accurate accounting records in QuickBooks Online
• Record and manage supplier invoices, expense reports, receipts, and payments
• Issue customer invoices and track receivables
• Perform bank and ledger reconciliations
• Support budgets and forecasts under guidance from management
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation of financial data
