Job Purpose

To ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, reconciliation, tax compliance, and maintenance of the company's financial records. The role involves managing transactions from sub-modules to the general ledger (GL), monitoring financial performance, and supporting monthly and yearly closing processes.

Key Responsibilities

Transaction Management & Posting

• Check, import, and post all financial transactions from sub-modules (e.g., AP, AR, PS, PM) to the General Ledger (GL) module.

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of data integration in the IFCA accounting system.

Reconciliation

• Perform data reconciliation between sub-modules and the GL module in IFCA system.

• Investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly.
