Job Summary

Handles Month End Closing activities. Oversee Insurance and Non-Insurance Payment Operation and Disbursement Process. Review cash management, banking facilities, Intercompany billing and reconciliation. Also assist in Finance related initiatives and process enhancement activities to support business, statutory and regulatory changes. This includes drafting of user requirements and setting up of accounting posting for new product launches etc.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee entire day-to-day Payment Operation. Perform timely payment analysis, review and updates of payment process workflow (SOP) to ensure safeguards and controls are in place. Maintain and undertake review of payment authority limit of the company to ensure payment processes are in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
