Assistant Manager - Engineering

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:**

**Design and optimize the refrigeration cycle**

**Optimize product performance, energy efficiency, and cost through simulation insights.**

**Support prototype development and design validation activities.**

**VRF System design, product performance & qualification as per ISO standards**

**Apply in-depth knowledge of refrigeration and air conditioning cycles for system optimization.**

**Configure VRF systems including outdoor/indoor unit selection and system balancing.**

**Work with sourcing team for development of system related parts**

**Participate in Value Analysis / Value Engineering (VAVE) initiatives.**

**Coordinate with design centers for substitution of process/material based on local requirements**

**Support sourcing team to validate vendor process and part development**

**Cross functional collaboration**
