**Design & development of structural parts/ chassis of air-conditioners**

**Development of tool & mould for sheet metal & plastic components**

**Guidance to team - structural design engineering**

**Design reviews & action planning**

**Management of CAD resources, allocation of the work & guidance**

**Material analysis & selections for tool, mould.**

**DFM & A for structural parts.**

**Structural testing & analysis of parts, products**

**Parts development/ localization activities, support to suppliers**

**Review the tooling requirements and optimize investments**

**Design & process FMEA, RRCA**
