Assistant Manager

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Pavers team in Burleydam Garden Centre, Ellesmere Port. This role is full-time (37.5 hours over 5 days per week) with weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent, tailored service to customers
• Showcase our footwear selection and create a welcoming store environment
• Support the Store Manager in driving sales performance and KPIs by making sound commercial decisions
• Lead and support the team, contributing to their development and motivation
• Assist with day‑to‑day store operations, including inventory, merchandising and cash handling
• Maintain an organised, clean and safe working environment
