Assistant Manager, Electrical Maintenance, Aurangabad

+ You have 10–12 years of experience in electrical maintenance within a manufacturing or plant environment.
+ You have prior experience working on Mixers, Extruders, and Calendar (MEC) equipment (preferred).
+ You have strong hands-on knowledge of Rockwell PLCs and variable frequency drives (VFDs).
+ You have proven experience in preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies.
+ You have strong troubleshooting capabilities for electrical and automation systems.
+ You have prior experience leading maintenance teams and handling plant-level electrical responsibilities.
+ You possess excellent coordination and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
+ You hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline (preferred).
