As Assistant Manager – CRM, you will play a key role in strengthening customer relationships, enhancing engagement, and driving retention through data-driven campaigns and customer journeys. Your work will directly influence customer loyalty and business growth.
Your Role Will Include:
Owning the end-to-end marketing communications calendar.
Designing customer journeys with multi-channel communication, incentives, and creative assets for continuous engagement.
Managing CRM campaigns across Email, SMS, Push Notifications, Whats App, and In-App Notifications.
Leading and guiding the execution team on BAU campaigns and automated journeys.
Partnering with Brand, Product, Design, and Tech teams to ensure flawless execution.
Tracking campaign performance metrics, analyzing results, and sharing actionable insights.
What You Bring:
