Assistant Manager-Core & Transport Support, Managed Service

Department: Network and Service Operation Centre 

In this position, you will:

·Provide managed services to CMHK’s customers to manage and maintain the 5G private core and transport network

· Responsible for preparing, verifying, and deploying software upgrades/patch in the private network

· Conduct network design, service design, implementation acceptance, commissioning, and deployment for new projects within the private network

·Analyze complaint cases and provide resolutions in collaboration with vendors and service providers

· Provide onsite support for regular operations and maintenance during non-office hours

·Available for 24-hour on-call and onsite support is required

To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:

·Bachelor Degree in Electronic, Computer or Telecommunication or equivalent

·8 years or above experience in telecom / IP network
