Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify process inefficiencies and implement automation, digitalisation, and AI-enabled solutions to strengthen operational effectiveness, control, and service delivery. Lead and support system enhancement initiatives, change requests (CRs), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect tracking, reporting, and post-implementation validation to ensure stable, scalable, and efficient system solutions that support end-to-end Claims operations.
