Assistant Manager

Meadowlark Hospitality is looking to expand our team and is seeking a strong Assistant Manager.  The position will report to the General Manager and assist in duties that oversee all FOH Staff and general management of the day-today activities of Lardon, Union, and The Meadowlark. 

Position Summary

The Assistant Manager will support the General Manager in the daily operations of the restaurant and oversee all Front of House (FOH) functions across the business. This role is responsible for FOH leadership, staff development, administrative operations, floor management, and maintaining the restaurant’s marketing and social media presence. Previous marketing and social media management experience required.

This position consists of:

- 3 weekdays dedicated to administration and operational management

- 2 weekend lunch services managing the floor and front-of-house operations
