Assistant Manager (Full Time)

Location: Bloxwich, West Midlands.

Hours: 43 hours across 5 days per week. Pay: £31,449 – £32,648 per annum on a 43‑hour contract.

Responsibilities

• Run an efficient shop with the shop manager to provide excellent service to customers.
• Develop and coach the retail assistant team through mentoring and feedback.
• Act as acting shop manager when the manager is absent, ensuring customer service, deliveries, and shop routines are completed and the shop remains safe, clean, and tidy.
• Motivate and guide the team to control operational costs, including shrinkage, waste and payroll.
